This is a learning and planning guide. Use the ideas within your training and role. It is not a promise of clients, earnings or a professional qualification.
Four paths. One careful starting point.
Help people find your work—without being loud.
Good work matters. People also need a clear way to find out what you do. You do not need to post all day or be everywhere.
This guide shows four paths. Pick one that fits your time and your role. Then help people understand your work, with honest words and room to say no.
This is about sharing your work.
It is not a guide to client care. Offer only work that fits your training and role. A post, a message or an ad cannot promise a cure, a booking or income.
First ask: who knows you, and how many people will you reach?
Warm means people who know your work. Cold means people who do not know it yet. One-to-one means a message or talk with one person. One-to-many means one idea shared with a group.
1. Known people + one person
Talk with a trusted peer or work contact.
Example: ask a school contact if a useful handout would help.
2. Known people + a group
Share one useful idea with people who chose to hear from you.
Example: send a guide to your own opted-in email readers.
3. New people + one person
Make a short, relevant work introduction.
Example: ask a local professional if an introduction call would be useful.
4. New people + a group
Use suitable public posts, talks, listings or carefully checked ads.
Example: a public page explains your service and how to ask about it.

One clear next step
Each path should lead to honest service details—not pressure to buy.
This is an adapted planning map, not a strict rule. A public post can reach both known and new people. You do not need all four paths at once.
Choose a path you can care for.
- Know local professionals? Start with one useful work talk.
- Enjoy writing? Share one clear public idea.
- Have a new service? Explain it to one suitable work contact.
- Already get questions? Make your service page clearer first.
