01 / START WITH A CAREER QUESTION
People pay for help understanding their options and deciding what to do next. A test is one possible part of that work.
- 1
Be found
A useful post, search page, referral or partner leads to your service.
- 2
Understand the question
Ask what decision the person is trying to make.
- 3
Agree on the work and fee
Check fit, explain the service and arrange payment.
- 4
Explore and assess
Discuss the person's situation. Use suitable tools where helpful.
- 5
Explain the findings
Review the options, limits and practical next steps together.
- 6
Offer further help only if needed
The person can finish here, choose coaching or see another provider.
Who receives the help? Who pays?
The person may pay directly, a parent may pay, or a college may pay for an agreed service. Set this out clearly. Paying the bill does not automatically give someone access to private results.
The promise is the agreed work, not a guaranteed job, admission, salary or “perfect
career”.
