The company funds a defined service for its staff. This can include employee counselling, learning sessions or both, if you are prepared to deliver them.
THE COMPANY
Agrees the service and budget. Pays under the contract.
YOU
Provide the agreed work. Protect privacy and maintain records.
THE EMPLOYEE
Receives support and makes an informed choice about counselling.

Find a suitable company
Explain the need you can help with and the limits of your service.

Agree the work and payment
Set scope, access, privacy, reporting, fees and dates in writing.

Give staff a private way to enquire
Explain eligibility, choice, service limits and confidentiality.

Deliver and keep appropriate records
Provide support within your skills; arrange other help when needed.

Invoice and review the service
Track payment and share only the safe, agreed service information.
