Write the outputs, dates, responsibilities, access and payment terms.

Create or configure the tools, templates and steps you promised.

Check the system using made-up test details before real use.

Teach the owner or team, share the guide and close temporary access.
Done for you does not mean everything forever.
The owner buys the setup you agreed to deliver. They still make practice decisions and remain responsible for their services. Define what happens after the project ends.
