01 / WHAT PEOPLE PAY FOR
A cohort is a group that learns together on an agreed schedule. People pay for the teaching, discussion and support you clearly include.
- 1
People find you
Google/search, outreach, content, ads or referrals.
- 2
They understand the offer
Read your page or ask by WhatsApp, phone or another clear route.
- 3
They choose how to pay
An agreed series fee, a fee per session or a clear subscription.
- 4
They join the learning group
Share dates, access, materials, group rules and support details.
- 5
You teach and guide discussion
Run the agreed sessions and deliver the promised learning.
- 6
They decide what comes next
Use what they learned; any further paid service is a separate choice.
The learning itself must be worth paying for.
Your first offer is not just a way to sell a larger one. Give the full learning experience you promised, even if nobody buys anything else.
Being seen does not guarantee enquiries. Enquiries do not guarantee payment, and attendance does not guarantee a later purchase.
