01 / THE FEE BUYS A CLEAR PERIOD OF ACCESS
A learning membership gives people agreed teaching, resources or support over time. It can use one format or combine several.
- 1
People find the membership
Use suitable content, search, outreach, ads or referrals.
- 2
They understand the offer
Explain the audience, learning, schedule, support, fee and limits.
- 3
They enrol and pay
Use a clear subscription or one payment for a defined membership.
- 4
You welcome them in
Share the calendar, access details, materials and group rules.
- 5
You keep the learning promise
Deliver the sessions and resources included in their paid period.
- 6
They continue or leave clearly
Explain renewal, cancellation and when access ends.
A membership is a promise you keep making.
Plan work you can repeat well. A growing library, regular teaching or a helpful group can add value, but only if people can use what you provide.
Finding members does not guarantee renewal. Even with automatic billing, you still need to deliver the service. Income is not guaranteed.
