01 / SEE THE WHOLE PATH
Several people attend the same planned meetings. Each person needs clear information and a suitable place in the group.
- 1
Get seen
Use a suitable referral, partner, search page or helpful post.
- 2
Explain the group
Share who it is for, what happens, dates, limits and the fee.
- 3
Check whether it fits
Speak privately before accepting someone into the group.
- 4
Agree and take payment
Explain the terms. Let the person choose whether to join.
- 5
Run the meetings
Guide the group and do the work around each meeting.
- 6
Review and plan next steps
Check ongoing fit, participant feedback, time and costs.
The fee supports the whole service.
Aim to make the group easier to access and afford while covering the work involved. Sharing some costs may help. People pay for the agreed service, not a promised result; higher profit is not guaranteed.
Being seen does not guarantee enquiries. An enquiry does not guarantee a place or a
payment. Start with readiness, not seat sales.
