01 / FROM BEING FOUND TO A PAID CLASS
Tutoring means helping someone learn a subject. The learner may be a psychology student or someone who wants to understand psychology out of interest.

People find you
Outreach, helpful content, Google/search, ads or referrals.
- 2
They see the class details
A website, service page or a clear reply explains what you teach.
- 3
You check whether it fits
Match their level, topic, goal and learning needs with your skills.
- 4
You agree the plan and fee
Choose the format, dates, included support and payment terms.

Help the learner understand and do their own work.

Who pays? What do they receive?
The learner may pay, or a parent, guardian or organisation may pay for them. The fee covers the teaching and support you agree to provide. Make clear who receives updates and what you will share.
Being seen does not guarantee enquiries or paid classes. Start with a clear offer and a
simple way to ask questions.
