01 / HOW THE WORK BECOMES A PAID SERVICE
You are paid to provide agreed professional support. The person may be early in their career or learning to work in an area you know well.

Referrals, outreach, content, Google/search or suitable ads.

They understand your offer
A service page, information sheet or a clear direct reply.

You check whether it fits
Match their needs with your skills and any formal requirements.

You agree and take payment
Choose the service, format, fee, dates and terms together.

You deliver and review
Hold the meetings, give feedback and review the support.

You review the money
Track fees earned, payments received, costs and total work time.
Who pays?
The practitioner may pay, or their workplace may fund the service. Agree who pays and what each person receives. Paying the bill does not automatically give an employer access to private case details.
